Riposte #29 " ART & FACT ZBLEH " THEME /

«An artifact» originally refers to a phenomenon created from scratch by experimental conditions.
A large plastic plurality, both visual and graphic, around the object and space was then exposed.
RIPOSTE is a network of apartment exhibitions initiated in Orléans in 2012 which has expanded
to Rennes, Montpellier and Besançon.

Riposte #31 " ZBLEH " THEME /

«ZBLEH» is a 5-letter word. It has a vowel «E» and four consonants «Z», «B», «L» and «H». It is pronounced as it is written. Moreover in reverse ZBLEH gives HELBZ. It is an onomatopoeia derived from the word of argo «BRAH», similar to the hip hop movement. It is a form of cry or a grunt more or less long, or strong, to punctuate the music or accentuate a rhyme. The rolled «R» is extremely important because it influences the duration and power of the sound. «BRAH» is an onomatopoeia derived from the English word «BLAH», which means «nothing to say».
The latter applied in French gives the word «bla», more often used as «blah» or «blah, blah, blah, ...».
Example in a sentence: She kept talking to me, blah, blah, blah, ... a real parrot! In short «ZBLEH»
does not mean anything but allows nevertheless to say a lot.

Riposte #33 " Social behaviour of ORANGE " THEME /

Define orange, represent it and apprehend it, feel it or study it. Here is the subject of this 33rd Riposte. Martin Guth and I organized this RIPOSTE in the Country Where The Sky Is Always Blue (Contemporary Art Gallery Orleans). Through the eight works of the nine artists & designers presented, we invited the general public to discover this color through its symbolism, its presence or its absence.

Through eight works by nine artists & designers, we invited the public to discover this color through its symbolism, presence or absence. This exhibition presents a variety of techniques, medium and support through visual and physical works, both interactive and sound.

This exhibition brought together nine young artists and designers. Joris Christolomme proposed a coffee table composed of a green marble top resting on beech trunnions that he named «AURORE» (first picture),
Anaïs Vernaudon with his «Des-structures» project (first and second photos) offers different illustrations between construction and destruction. Martin Güth with his project «Orange-storming» (third and fourth photos) has chosen as a prize to confront twenty five visions of orange, passing through Egypt and ancient Rome, with the inscription
of the word «orange «In the French vocabulary in the eleventh century until our contemporary Olympic Games. Antoine Souvent with his project «To make the portrait of an orange» (sixth and seventh photos) has chosen to interpret graphically an extract from the book «The Art of Design» by Bruno Munari. Delphine Mistler with her project «Fabrication of orange» (seventh and eighth photos) has proposed to everyone to compose their own formal tones thanks to the raster modules. Florent Berthier with his project «Social behavior of objects» (ninth photo) wanted to alter a series of objects so that it echoes the text «It’s life» by Mohamed El Kathib, French playwright and director . Camille Legriffon with his project «experimentation» (tenth and eleventh photo) proposed an installation consisting of suspended plastic, color and light. Leonardo Dufois and Sofia Fahli with their project «Source Image f26101» (below) proposed to question our memory and our senses in an immersive device.
