Born in France, lives and works in Milan.

Before graduating from the Orléans Higher School of Art and Design in France, Florent studied at the Politecnico di Milano, in Italy, specializing in product and furniture design.

He had the pleasure to work with Christophe Moreau, whom he assisted for various scenographic setups for Maison & Objet Paris, from 2015 to 2018.

After being honored by the city of Orléans with the “René-Thinat” prize for young designer, he chose to join Ultraconfidentiel Design in New Delhi, India, where he created and developed the Custom Furniture Design Pole during 3 years working for brands like Chanel, Rolex, Nestlé, Air France, etc.

As an independent product and furniture designer, he is currently collaborating with Federico Peri at Milano, since 2022. Working on various projects for brands like Nespresso, Baxter, Bentley Home, Purho Murano, etc.

Florent sees creation as a transdisciplinary design approach. He is interested in the context in which he will intervene, by carrying out an inventory: vital and psychosocial needs, spiritual and cultural aspects, as well as material and environmental. After which he analyzes and composes.

His ability to adapt and immerse himself in Europe as well as in Asia, today makes him able to develop and respond to specific and technical requests, with sometimes very precise specifications. While taking into account the entire user journey. His main intention is to create objects as well as furniture arising from a multidisciplinary and innovative design
