Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd. is engaged in the development of real estate. The company has carved a place in the development of mini-townships and mega-group housing projects. The design I chose to develop for this construction company takes the items used during a construction site. Different raw materials such as rectangular beams have their place as supporting structure for different tables, sections of round tubes as footrest and marble as table top. To soften its different materials, along its 6 meters, I wanted to develop an informal rest area witch it takes the different architectural lines of the surrounding space. It is composed of two islets each with a different height (350 mm / 450 mm). The colors of its fabrics have also been designed to communicate with space.
